Paper skirt

Panel paper skirt with ripped detail and tucks throughout. Floral print on the reverse with a side zip closure. Designed to sit high-waisted. Minor flaw, clothing hanger marks at the waist.

Best for a 24"-26" waist. 

Note: To put on, you have to climb in via the hem first, like putting on a top. Then pull down over your head to waist and zip. Lol sorry it's the only way it works due to the nature of the material, there's not much stretch if you put it on like a typical skirt.
