Textile waste

Most of my fabric scraps go to a family owned business here in Auckland called, Textile Products. They're amazing in what they do; capable of recycling any type of textile waste with the intent to have zero textile waste sent to landfill. Know that what you purchase here, contributes to that intention. They turn our excess into products like wall insulation and lining, lofted wadding, and floor underlay - all using recycled materials.  

What Textile Products don't receive from me, I turn into garment dust bags that come with every order - depending on the availability of leftover fabric during production.

Refunds + exchanges 

Please select carefully when purchasing, all items purchased are final. Unfortunately, no exchanges or refunds at the moment as items are a one-off.

Shipping

I ship worldwide through NZ Post, from Auckland City, New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at a flat rate to your destination, upon checkout. 

You can expect that your item(s) will usually arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified below. Because NZ Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we can’t guarantee that your item(s) will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item(s) is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer.

Once your item has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via a confirmation email. We  are  not  liable for item(s) after dispatch.

After dispatch delivery target:

  • New Zealand: 1-3 working days
  • Australia: 3-10 working days
  • Rest of the World: 6-10 working days

International delivery + duties

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. For more info, contact your local customs agent. We  are  not subject to or liable for items after dispatch.
